At Guernsey, our Furniture, Space Planning and Design team is focused on bringing everything in your workspace together to say who and what you are as an organization to everyone that enters it - be they clients, vendors or employees. Stage 1: Space Needs & Analysis

We need to know who you are and what you're about to design the ideal space for you, your employees and your clients. To that end, we'll ask you a lot of questions. From "what's your budget?" to "what are your security requirements?" and "how does your staff communicate?", we're going to figure out not just what you need, but how you work and why.

Stage 2: Design & Product Selection

With a full understanding of the scope of your operational requirements, we can help you organize your space for maximum efficiency. Using CAD software and a full understanding of your organization, we will provide you with a custom workspace plan.

Because we represent many furniture companies, we can offer multiple options, including hundreds of fabric choices and finish selections. We can explain the alternative in detail and recommend product that best fits your taste, budget and business objectives.

Stage 3: Procurement & Project Management

With product lines selected, we determine the final item quantities and specifications to fulfill your vision. During this step we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining each item required to complete the design. With the order placed, we will track the production and delivery timelines, and oversee your project from start to finish.

Stage 4: Furniture Delivery & Installation

Before delivery we will inspect your furniture to make sure that every peice has arrived in our warehouse and is ready for delivery. We will then coordinate an installation time that is convenient to your schedule. Our team of installation professionals will work with you to minimize workplace disruptions and have your workspace operational in no time.

Stage 5: A Commitment to Service

Complex installations almost always include a checklist of items that need to be addressed to fully complete the installation. Our project managers understand the importance of prioritizing these clean up tasks as critical to completing the vision we set out to deliver for you. After you sign off on the project we will be there to assist you if you need to reconfigure the furniture or simply need some routine maintenance many years later to keep it looking good and functioning like the day it was installed.
